Do you have more than one location?

Folly is located in the Cargo Emporium (81 SE Yamhill Street, Portland, Oregon 97214. Open 11:00-6:00 every day). You can shop over 40 different local shops & artists in one magical location. 

What about returns at Cargo?

If you make a purchase at Cargo, you will follow their return policy.

If you have purchased online directly with folly, please follow the return instructions listed in the "online policies". 

What about personal shopping? Can we shop with you by appointment?

Absolutely! Sarah would love to come down, and show you around the Folly collection. She can  show you around the rest of Cargo too! If you need a gift, or have something in mind, let Sarah know and she will be happy to help you!  

The best way to get an appointment time is to reach out via instagram @follypdx or email sarah@follypdx.com and start a conversation! Let Sarah know when you are thinking about coming and we can easily make this work!

 

Where are your clothes made?

We manufacture approximately 20-50% of our clothing in-house under the Sarah Bibb label right upstairs in the Cargo building! We carry a carefully curated selection of brands we find to be made with care & quality. 

 

Do you do custom work?

This is the most asked question!

Will I remake your favorite garment? No.

 

Will I make you a Nora Dress in a color that will work for your daughter's wedding? Yes, I would love to help you out!

 

The difference for us is between "special order" and "custom order," and this is crucial.

A special order is making you something that we already make, like the Nora mentioned above, but in a different fabric than what is in the current collection.

A custom order is usually something that we don't make, but you want us to... This is a much different process, and typically, you are looking for a personal seamstress/tailor to help you.

Do you do alterations?

We do not offer alteration services. We recommend Silhouette or Alteration Station.
