About Folly
Folly opened its doors in NW Portland in 2008, and after 14 years there, we relocated to Beaumont Village in NE Portland. Today, you can find us exclusively inside the vibrant Cargo Emporium on SE Yamhill.
Designer, Sarah Bibb, still produces approximately 25% of the clothing found in the Folly boutique, right upstairs in the Cargo building. Folly has always offered exceptional, personal service, and a selection of clothing for a fun and stylish life. We love to help you pack for travel, or work, or a big event.
